  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Duct Split Unit System which consists of the installation of the outdoor unit (compressor, condenser and expansion coil) along with the indoor unitwith the installation of ducts, accessories and insulation.

Water Supply & Drainage

  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of storm & rain water systems which consists of installation of pipes, fittings, supports, cowls and accessories.


  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Drainage Systems which consists of underground piping, elbows and fittings installation along with all floor traps, clean outs, break tanks, gully traps and oil & grease interceptors.


  • Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sanitary ware which include, water closets, wash basins, toilet accessories, shower trays, bath tubs, bidets, Jacuzzi, pools and water features.


  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Water supply systems which includes the installation of all kinds of water tanks, pumps, water supply pipes, water heaters, solar panel water heaters, cool water systems water filtration and treatment systems, valves and fittings with the required insulation.


Electrical Systems

  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Low Voltage Switch Gear which consist of the following items: Designing the single line diagram along with installation of LV panels, Main distribution board, Capacitor banks, Generators  Automatic Transfer Switch panels, Sub main distribution boards, Final distribution boards, Uninterrupted power supply systems, isolated power supply systems, lightning and earthing systems and all the required breakers, isolators, cables, cable ladders, trays and glands.


  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of light and power circuits which includes designing load schedules for final DB’s installation of all first fix items (Conduits, trunking, trays, back boxes, junction boxes, accessories), installation of all second fix items (wiring, terminations and supports), installation of light fixtures and power sockets.)


  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Low Current Systems and Structured Cabling for the following CCTV, access control, nurse call, master clock, public address, fire alarm, lighting control, intercom, Smartv, emergency and exit lighting system, BMS, audio visual and IT systems.


Fire Fighting

  • Design, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of firefighting system as per civil defense requirements and specifications which include installation of firefighting pumps, firefighting tanks, sprinkles, fire hose reels, fire hydrant, fire suppression systems, piping, and all required valves, fittings and accessories.
